A Recipe to handle Acid Reflux

Acid Reflux also known as GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disease is a digestive disease in which stomach acid or bile irritates the food pipe lining.
I've been suffering from Acid Reflux for almost a decade, and medical professionals and drugs couldn't help me out. Thank God I discovered this recipe that has helped me to manage acid Reflux, and now, I can sleep peacefully without waking up due to stomach discomfort or shortness of breath.
The magic recipe is Coleslaw also known as cabbage salad.
Ingredients
1. 1 medium head Cabbage 
2.  2 average size Carrots
3.  1 Cucumber
4. Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)

How to prepare it.
- grate the properly cleansed cabbage and carrots.
- slice half of the cucumber.
- Put them in a ceramic bowl and shake them together.
- add the mayonnaise and mix properly with a tablespoon.
- put the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or more.
- Now, your Coleslaw is ready.
- eat a reasonable quantity of it 5 minutes after every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
