How to prepare green yam porridge.



Recipe:

* 12 pieces of yam (cut to your desire).
* 5 pieces of fish (fresh or grilled)
* 20 cl of palm oil
*Crayfish (a handful)
*Pumpkin leaves
*Salt
*Seasoning
*pepper (as you desire)
*water

How to cook:

- Put the pieces of sliced and cut yam into a pot.
- add some water sufficient enough to get them cooked.
- put the pot on the cooker.
- add crayfish.
- add pepper.
- add a little salt to taste, then stir.
- cover the pot with its lid.
- allow it to boil for 10 mins, then add seasoning to your taste.
- add the cut and washed fish.
- add the sliced and washed pumpkin leaves.
- wait for 15 minutes more, stir, and put off the cooker.
-dish out and food is ready.
