Healing Spicy Fish Soup

Fish Spicy Pepper soup Recipe




This is a recipe for the preparation of fish pepper soup. It's a Nigerian dish used as a relaxing meal or for healing. It helps to relieve symptoms of flu and allergies. Again, it relieves morning sickness and helps to boost the immune system. It's tasty and valuable to your health.

Ingredients

1. 5 pieces of fresh fish (washed)
2. Powdered Calabash Nutmeg (a teaspoonful)
3. Powdered Xylop aethopica - also known as Oda in Nigeria (a teaspoonful)
4. Chilli Pepper (powdered a teaspoonful)
5. Powdered crayfish (3 tablespoonful)
6. Seasoning (according to your taste)
7. Salt (as you desire)
8. A big cup of water

How to cook it.
- add 50 cl of water into a cooking pot and place on the cooker.
- add the cleaned pieces of fish into the pot.
- add the crayfish and the chilli pepper
- cover the pot with its lid and allow the ingredients to cook for like 5 minutes.
- then add the xylop aethopica and nutmeg.
- add the seasoning and salt and stir carefully to avoid breaking the fish.
- cover the pot and let it cook for 10 mins. Then put off the cooker and serve to eat and drink.
